Abstract
Lan honetan Bisfenol A-ko diglizidil eter-ez (DGEBA) osatutako epoxi erretxina likido baten ur-dispertsio bat aztertzen da, estaldura antikorrosibo aplikazioetan erabiltzeko asmoz. Teknika ezberdinak erabiliz (sonikazioa, DLS, EMN...) erretxina honen dispertsioak uretan lortu eta aztertu dira. Ikusi da erretxinaren likatasunak arazoak sor ditzakeela dispertsio prozesuan, erretxinaren hidrolisia ekidin daitekeela dispertsioaren pH-a neutroa bada eta azidoa bada, ordea, hidrolisia gertatzen dela.
In this work, a water dispersion based on an epoxy resin composed of diglycidyl ether of Bisphenol A (DGEBA) is studied, for anticorrosive coating applications. By using different techniques (sonication, DLS, NMR…) dispersions of this resin were obtained and studied. It was observed that the viscosity of the resin can cause some problems in the dispersion process, that the hydrolysis of the resin can be avoided if the pH of the dispersion is neutral and that it is hydrolysed if it is acidic.
