EAEko Gizarte Zerbitzu Sistemaren konplexutasunaren faktore erabakigarriak eta zerbitzuen lurralde esleipenean honek dituen ondorioak

Abstract

EAEko gizarte zerbitzuen sistema modu ezberdinean egituratu da Lurralde Historiko bakoitzean. Doktorego tesi honen helburua honen zergatiak aztertzea da, EAEko sistema politiko federalak gizarte zerbitzuen sistema egituratzean izan duen eraginean arreta berezia jarriz. Datuetatik eratorriz, lurralde ezberdintasunak ziurtatuko dira eta sisteman eragile diren pertsonak elkarrizketatuz honen zergatietan sakondu.Basque social care system has been articulated in a different way in each ‘Historic territory’. The main objective of this thesis is to find the reasons of this territorial articulation, thinking specially on the effects of federalism on the articulation of the basque social care system. From the data the system provides we are going to prove the differences and go into details about the reasons doing interviews to relevant people.
