Abstract
Egunero erabiltzen ditugun konposatu asko disruptore endokrino (EDC) moduan sailkatu dira bizidunengan izan ditzaketen eragin endokrino nabarmenengatik. Konposatu horiek banakoen intersexualitatea, malformazioak, ugalketa-arazoak eta tamainaren txikitzea sor ditzakete, besteak beste. Lan honetan, laborategian, heldugabeko lupiak (Dicentrarchus labrax) 4 EDCtara (17-β-estradiola, 4-tert-oktilfenola, dietilestilbestrola eta bisfenol-A) esposatu ziren 10 egunetan zehar metatze-maila aztertzeko (gibelean, behazunean eta plasman). Ondoren, beste 12 egunez eduki ziren ehunen berreskurapena aztertzeko. Lan honetan, EDCen kontzentrazio baxuek arrainetan hainbat kalte sortu dituztela ikusi da.
Many compounds used in our everyday life are classified as endocrine disrupting compounds (EDCs) due to the endocrine disruption effect they can have in living organisms. Low concentration of EDCs can cause intersexuality, malformations, fertility problems and a reduction of the size, among others. In the present work, juvenile European Seabass (Dicentrarchus labrax) were exposed under laboratory conditions to 4 EDCs (17-β-estradiol, 4-tert-octylphenol, diethylstilbestrol and bisphenol-A) during 10 days with the objective of evaluating the accumulation capacity in different tissues (liver, bile and plasma). Afterwards, fish were depurated for 12 days. In the present work it has been proved that low concentration of EDCs can cause several alterations in fish.
