Mas hartzailearen deskribapena giza espermatozoideetan: angiotentsina 1-7 bidezko aktibazioaren eragina espermatozoideetan

Abstract

Errenina-Angiotensina sistemak (Renin Angiotensin System, RAS) organismo mailan duen funtzio nagusiaz gain, RAS-ean parte hartzen duten hainbat elementuk ugaltze-funtzioarekin zerikusia duten ehunetan deskribatu dira azkeneko urtetan, RAS tokian tokiko erregulazio sistema bat dela frogatuz. Ikerketa honetan espermatozoideetan RAS-aren hainbat osagaien (Angiotentsina 1-7-ren eta honen Mas hartzailearen) eragina zein den zehaztu da. Alde batetik, Mas hartzailea proteina mailan espermatozoideetan dagoela baieztatu da. Bestetik, espermatozoideen mugikortasunean duen eragina zehaztu da eta azkenik, biziraupen bidezidorretan zerikusia duela baieztatu da.

In addition to the principal role of The Renin Angiotensin System (RAS) in the whole organism, this system has other important local functions related to the correct function of male reproduction system. In this research we describe some RAS components (Angiotensin 1-7 and its Mas receptor) and their effects on spermatozoa. Firstly, the presence of Mas receptor in human spermatozoa will be laid down. Secondly, the effect of Angiotensin 1-7 on sperm motility will be described. Finally, it will be researched if those molecules have any effect on cell survival pathways.
