dc.description.abstract | Garuneko hipokanpoan horzdun zirkunboluzioa dago, zeinek geruza molekularra, granularra eta hilusa dituen. Azkenengo estratu horren barnean CB1 errezeptore endokannabinoideak aurkezten duen, mGlu1 eta mGlu5 errezeptore glutamatergikoenganako hartuemona egiaztatu da, baina, oraindik, CB-ek beste errezeptore glutamatergikoekiko harremanik ez da baieztatu. Hau dela eta, bai hiluseko neuronetan, bai zelula glialetan, mGlu2, mGlu3 eta CB1-aren arteko erlazioak eszitabilitatearen kontrolean duen parte-hartzea frogatzeko, sagu-horzdun zirkunboluzioaren aurremurgiltze teknika inmunohistokimikoak gauzatu ziren, mGlu2, mGlu3 eta CB1 neurohartzaileak markatuz, gero ehuna mikroskopio elektronikoan aztertzeko. dc.description.abstract | The dentate gyrus is a part of the hippocampus in the brain formed by three layers: molecular, granular and the hilus. In the last later, there is crosstalk between glutamatergic mGlu1 and mGlu5 receptors and endocannabinoid receptor CB1, but its underlying relationships with any other glutamatergic receptor are presently unknown. Here, we want to test the possibility of an interplay between metabotropic glutamate receptors mGlu2 and mGlu3 and CB1 receptor, both in neuronal and glial cells by showing their location at subcellular level. In order to prove this, we performed immunohistochemical reactions double labelling mGlu2/3 and CB1 in mouse brain to examine tissue under the electron microscope.
