Kannabinoideak eta polimeroak: hamaika aukera kapsula terapeutikoen garapenean

Abstract

Kannabis landarean aurkitzen diren kannabinoideen ahalmena medikuntzaren esparruan ezaguna da. ∆9-tetrahidrokannabinola (THC) eta kannabidiola (CBD), kannabinoide ezagunenak eta erabilienak badira ere, landarean kantitate txikiagotan aurkitzen diren kannabinoideak mantentzen dituzten eta aho-bidetik har daitezkeen produktuen eskaera dago azken aldian. Kannabinoideen aho bidezko kontsumo eraginkorra ahalbidetzen duten matrize polimerikoen erabilera aztertzeko, bi “full-spectrum” kapsula desberdin sintetizatu dira eta hauen erkaketa burutu da lan honetan. Eratutako kapsulak ezaugarri eta aplikazio-eremu desberdinak dituztenez, kannabis terapeutikoren aniztasuna modu praktiko batean aurkezteko aukera eman digute.
The cannabinoids that are found in the plant species Cannabis have a well-known potential in the field of medicine. Although ∆9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD) are the most notorious and used cannabinoids, a growing demand on edible products that maintain the minor cannabinoids present in the plant has emerged recently. In order to study the use of polymeric matrixes employed to provide an efficient oral administration of cannabinoids, two full-spectrum capsules have been synthetized and compared in the present work. Since the created capsules have different properties and application fields, they have brought us the opportunity to present the versatility of therapeutic cannabis with a practical approach.
