dc.description.abstractEgurra UV izpietatik babesteko estaldura polimeriko hibrido gardenak sintetizatu dira lan honetan, miniemultsio polimerizazio erdi-jarraitua erabiliaz. UV absortzio propietate onak dituzten CeO2 nanopartikulak txertatu dira akrilatoz osatutako matrize polimeriko batetan. Transmisiozko mikroskopio elektronikoaren (TEM) bitartez, partikulen morfologia aztertu da. Lortu den nanozerio banaketa homogeneoari esker film gardenak osatzeko gai dira sintetizatutako latexak. Gainera, estalduraren absortzio ultramorearen gaitasuna hobetu egin da txertatutako CeO2 kantitatearekin. Estaldura komertzialekin alderatu da sintetizatutako latexa, emaitza positiboak lortuz.eus
dc.description.abstractHybrid coatings were synthesized using seeded semibatch miniemulsion polymerization process in order to protect wood surfaces from the sunlight energy. UV absorbing CeO2 nanoparticles were incorporated into an acrylic polymeric matrix. Transmission Electron microscopy (TEM) was used to see if the desired encapsulated morphology was reached. Due to the good dispersion of the CeO2 nanoparticles in the hybrid film, transparent films were obtained. Moreover, UV absorption capacity increased with the nanoparticle content. The synthesized hybrid coating was compared with two different commercial coatings, obtaining promising results.en
