Abstract

Espainiako Konstituzioak iragarritako Zuzenbideko Estatu sozial eta demokratikoak protagonismo handia ematen dio kulturari Estatuaren eta gizartearen funtzioak osatzean, eta denen eskura eta gozamenerako eskubidea ere aitortzen dio.
