| dc.description | The aim of this work is to show the special treatment that has had the Church to inscribe its real estate in the record of the property. Though any owner has been able to register his real estate in the Record, the Catholic Church could not register the churches of the villages, because it is doubted that it has right of property on them. Though, nowadays, according to the Hypothecary Regulation, it can inscribe in its name these goods, removing to the church the links with the village, and doing property of the Church. | en-US |
