Abstract
Lan honetan biomasa hondakinen balioztapenaren bidez hidrogenoa ekoizteko prozesu bat aztertu da. Prozesu hau bi etapatan bereizten da: lehenik eta behin, biomasaren pirolisia burutu da iturri ohantze konikodun erreaktorean 500 ºC-tan eta etapa honetan sorturiko produktu hegazkorrak bigarren etapa batean erreformatu dira 600 ºC-tan hidrogenoa ekoiztuz. Erreformatze etaparako nikelezko katalizatzaile komertzial bat erabili da. Prozesu honen bidez elikatutako 100 g biomasako 11.2 g hidrogeno lortu dira.
This paper describes a process for hydrogen production from biomass waste. The experiments have been conducted in a two-step system: in the first step, pyrolysis of biomass has been carried out at 500 ºC using a conical spouted bed reactor, and the remaining volatiles have been reformed in the second step at 600 ºC producing hydrogen as a product. A commercial Ni catalyst has been used for the reforming step. 11.2 g of hydrogen per 100 g of biomass fed into the reactor have been produced in this process.
